Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy specifies the actions prohibited by the GameOn Networking Limited ("GameOn Networking Ltd") to users of the GameOn Networking Ltd Network. Users may be defined as "customer or anyone who uses or accesses the GameOn Networking Ltd Network or Internet services". GameOn Networking Ltd reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, effective upon posting of the modified Policy to this URL. Any modifications to this Policy will be made when GameOn Networking Ltd feels it is appropriate and it is the User's responsibility to ensure their awareness of any such changes.

Illegal use
The GameOn Networking Ltd Network may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or intellectual property right used without proper authorisation, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.

The network
1. The user acknowledges that GameOn Networking Ltd is unable to exercise control over the content of the information passing over the GameOn Networking Ltd Network. Therefore, GameOn Networking Ltd is not responsible for the content of any message whether or not the posting was made by a GameOn Networking Ltd customer.
2. The GameOn Networking Ltd network may be used to link into other networks worldwide and the user agrees to conform to the acceptable use policies of these networks.
3. In addition the user undertakes to conform to the Internet protocols and standards. 4. The user may not circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network, or account (referred to as "cracking" or "hacking"), nor interfere with service to any user, host, or network (referred to as "denial of service attacks").
5. Without prejudice to the foregoing, GameOn Networking Ltd considers that any application that overloads the GameOn Networking Ltd Network by whatever means will be considered as making profligate use of the GameOn Networking Ltd Network and is as such NOT allowed. Use of IP multicast other than by means provided and co-ordinated by GameOn Networking Ltd is likewise prohibited.
6. Users who violate systems or network security may incur criminal or civil liability. GameOn Networking Ltd will fully co-operate with investigations of suspected criminal violations, violation of systems or network security under the leadership of law enforcement or relevant authorities.

System and network security
Violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. GameOn Networking Ltd will investigate incidents involving such violations and will involve and will co-operate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected. Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation, the following:
Unauthorised access to or use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorisation of the owner of the system or network;
Unauthorised monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system without express authorisation of the owner of the system or network; Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks;
Forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.
If approached with complaints relating to any of the above violations, GameOn Networking Ltd will co-operate and assist the Police and law enforcing bodies with their investigations in order to bring such misuse and violations to an end.

1. It is explicitly prohibited to send unsolicited bulk mail messages ("junk mail" or "spam") of any kind (commercial advertising, political tracts, announcements) etc.
2. It is also explicitly prohibited to allow others to send unsolicited bulk mail messages either directly or by relaying through the users systems. For the avoidance of doubt, users must ensure that their systems cannot be relayed through. Users may not forward or propagate chain letters nor malicious e-mail.
3. A user may not solicit mail for any other address other than that of the user, except with full consent of the owner of the referred address.
Complaints regarding illegal use or system or network security issues, email abuse, or Spamming should be directed at GameOn with all details, you can contact GameOn by using the Contact Page.

GameOn Free Web Hosting Terms of Service
GameOn provides World Wide Web page hosting. GameOn reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by GameOn when GameOn decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.
Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal account holders are not permitted resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads.

Website Hosting is to be used as stated. It is for hosting a website. Hosting of just images/files is a violation of this policy, and warrants an account termination.

GameOn reserves the right to refuse service and /or access to its servers to anyone.

GameOn do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:

Restricted Scripts - We will suspend any accounts found to be using any scripts which are heavy on resource usage or use bad coding.

Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.

Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content.

Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization.

GameOn may implement the following policy to its sole discretion:

When a website is found to be monopolizing the resources available GameOn reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers.

GameOn has the right, at any time to change disk & bandwidth quotas for any or all accounts on it's servers.

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold GameOn harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against GameOn, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GameOn against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with GameOn servers; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from GameOn servers.

GameOn will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. GameOn makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. GameOn disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by GameOn and its employees. GameOn reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Any illegal activity, including adult content, links to adult content web sites, spamming or hacking will result in your site being shut down and all your files deleted without warning.

GameOn defines spam as any type of unsolicited commercial email (UCE) or unsolicited bulk email (UBE) for any purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

Using a non-existent return email address when sending commercial solicitations.
Mail-bombing (sending numerous messages to the same user).
Subscribing someone else to a mailing list without that person's permission.
Posting the same article to multiple off-topic newsgroups.
Sending, being involved in sending, or employing a third party to send mail which advertises or mentions a site hosted at GameOn to users that have not specifically requested this mail.
Any kind of forged header information.
Lists which include "harvested" addresses.
" Targeted" email lists.
Using a script on your site to send bulk or unsolicited e-mail.
Using an auto responder at your site to send bulk or unsolicited e-mail.
Sending mail to users who have not specifically requested to receive such mail, including opt-out mailing lists.
Distributing or advertising software designed to aid in the delivery of UCE.
Please note that this includes all domain names, IP addresses, and e-mail addresses at a site. Any of the above items would be considered a violation of our policy.

Sending unsolicited commercial email may be acceptable under the circumstances outlined below:

You should have a prior relationship with the person receiving the email, and they should be aware that they will be receiving email from your domain.
If you have a subscription list, there should be a confirmation email sent to the address before that address is added.
There should always be a way to quickly and easily unsubscribe from the list included in each email, and all unsubscription requests should be quickly honored.
A valid "From:" and "Reply to" address must be included with each message.
If a client is found in violation of the above no-spam policy, the offending account may be terminated without notice, and no compensation for loss of data will be issued. In the event that GameOn at any time reasonably believes that the Customer is in breach of any of the terms and conditions or is using GameOn services in an unacceptable manner, GameOn may immediately terminate their account without liability. At the time of termination, the Customer shall be responsible for the entire amount of the most recent statement and any excess usage charges at the time of termination.

Please contact our Abuse Department to report spam by a GameOn customer, or for other questions regarding this policy. When reporting spam, please include the full headers of the email messages that you are making a complaint about. The information in the headers of email messages is important in confirming the origin of the offending email.


At no time will GameOn give compensation or refund customers if their account is terminated as per a violation of this policy. No refund will be given if a member wishes to cancel their account due to an affiliated account being terminated after the 7 day money back period is over.

GameOn reserves the right to make amendments or changes to this policy.
