EA Starts Bidding War Over Codemasters Takeover

In the wake of Take-Two’s attempt to takeover Codemasters following a £725 (roughly $969) million deal that was made in November 2020, it has come forward that EA is working with bankers at UBS to trump their offer. EA’s exact offer is unknown, but will likely be revealed to the stock market on Monday morning.
