Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithfulness is Coming Sooner Than We Thought

With the Japanese release of the fifth Star Ocean game still over a week away, it was assumed by most that the English translation would be a long time coming. The initially expected release date was early 2017. But with a new English trailer releasing earlier this month, there was hope that it was being worked on quicker than we all expected. 

With a new trailer released today, that hope has turned into a firm confirmation from Square Enix that we will indeed be able to get our grubby western mits on the game this year. The latest trailer shows some of the background to the game's story. Set between the second and third games, this promises to sees the journey into the cosmic sea as it first began. The trailer ends by letting us know that it will be coming in the summer of 2016.
