YouTubers Hit With Copyright, Again

YouTube content producers have been hit with another snowstorm of ContentID notices recently. Notable YouTubers like ZackScottGames who have subscriber numbers in the hundreds of thousands have been thwacked about the head with ContentID flags stating that their videos may have content that is owned by a third party.

It would appear though, that not all is as it seems. The Capcom-Unity Twitter account has posted that these flags appear to not be legitimate and that content creators should dispute the flags so they can be cleared up.

ContentID has in the past caused hassle for YouTubers and now appears to be at it again. Wether it proves to be another "Something In The Silicon" machine rampage or someone copyright troll firm having hit happy hour a little early remains to be seen.
